RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

  • To plan, organize, lead and control the entire outlet operation and managing the entire outletcoperation including sales performance and monitoring operating expenses
  • To manage outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability.
  • To train, coach and support the restaurant team members whenever needed.
  • Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekend and public holiday when required.
  • Shall be proficient in English and Mandarin.
